What is Falken Physiotherapy?

Falken Physiotherapy is an in-home, on-the-go private practice that provides 1-on-1 care to patients in the comfort of their home or desired location (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County).

Can I see a Physical Therapist without a referral?

Yes! A patient is allowed to be seen by Falken Physiotherapy through direct access, for up to 31 days. After 31 days, patients are required to provide us with a referral from a Licensed Physician, a Chiropractor, or a Dentist. (Please contact us for further assistance with referrals after 31 days of treatment).

Does Falken Physiotherapy take insurance?

We currently are not in network with any insurance provider at this moment. Falken Physiotherapy is a cash-based practice. By being a cash-based practice, we are able to provide  1-on-1 quality care to our patients. At Falken Physiotherapy, we value patient centered care. It is very common for a patient’s plan of care to be discontinued as a result of their insurance not authorizing enough visits. With Falken Physiotherapy, your physical therapist can treat you as long as you need treatment.

While we are not in-network with any insurance company, a SuperBill can be provided by your physical therapist upon request for potential reimbursement by your insurance. A Super-bill does not guarantee reimbursement and is dependent on each individual’s insurance plan. 

What types of payments are accepted?

Falken Physiotherapy accepts credit/debit, cash, check, HSA, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.
